About Giantmonte Winery
Giantmonte Winery is located at the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia and is recognized as one of the leading representatives of boutique "garage wineries" in China. In 2015, winemaker Jiang Tao made a bold decision: he left COFCO Group, a state-owned enterprise where he had worked for 16 years, to become an independent winemaker and establish the Zhen Shan (Giantmonte) brand. His winemaking journey took him across various regions, including Qinhuangdao, Ningxia, Xinjiang, and even Chile, before he ultimately chose to settle at the foot of the Helan Mountains. From selecting each grape to crafting every bottle of wine, Jiang Tao is dedicated to every stage of the process, striving for perfection.
