The Winemaking Philosophy of Helanhong
Producting Easyconsuming and cost-effective wine for public consumer was the initial goal forthe Helanhong winery, as a national owned winery. However, it has now gained a a misson for making a high quality wine that everybody can afford, as a regional reperesentive winery.
A Combination of Chinese Culture
Though the design of Helanhong Logo we can see a fluid and elegant layout that symbolises the identity of the Helan Mountain East Foothills wine region. The central motif embodies Chinese wine culture, reflecting its ceremonial significance. Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese wine vessels, the charater “東” incorporates the shape of an ancient wine cup. The vibrant and striking touch of Helanhong adds a sense of modernity and creativity, showcasing a personalised and premium aesthetic that elevates what a Chinese Wine should appeal.
Chief winemaker
Liang Baiji, a national first-class winemaker, a national first-class wine taster, currently holds the position of chief winemaker at Helanhong Winery.With his superb skills, he was awarded the title of Annual Best Winemaker at the RVF China Fine Wine Awards Competition in 2018 and won the title of Gold Medal Winemaking Consultant at the DWWA 20th Anniversary Ceremony in 2023.
