The Winemaking Philosophy of Renyiyuan

To ensure the superior quality of each grape, Renyiyuan Vineyard upholds an uncompromising standard of excellence throughout every stage of viticulture and winemaking. Covering an area of 1,800 mu (approximately 200 hectares), the vineyard is divided into plots of 50 mu each for meticulous management. To preserve the grapes’ natural character and maintain ecological balance, the vineyard is managed exclusively through organic farming practices. Only organic fertilizers are applied, and chemical pesticides are strictly prohibited. In the event of pest occurrences, manual pest removal is employed to safeguard both the ecosystem and the integrity of the fruit. During the harvest season, all grapes are meticulously hand-picked, with defoliation and destemming carried out directly in the vineyard. Each berry is individually selected, with only the plumpest and most fully ripened grapes retained. This rigorous manual process ensures that every bottle of wine embodies purity, richness, and a harmonious expression of the terroir.
