Delivery Service Terms & Conditions
1. Free Delivery Service
Free delivery is available for purchases of HKD 1,000 or more or at least 6 bottles of wine (750ml each) per order.
2. Delivery Charges
Orders below HKD 1,000 or fewer than 6 bottles (within the delivery service areas) will incur a HKD 100 delivery fee.
3. Delivery Arrangements
Regular delivery days are Wednesday and Friday. Special arrangements can be made upon request.
The delivery service covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories, excluding the following areas: Tung Chung (including Hong Kong International Airport and Disneyland)
Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan
Customers must ensure that someone is available at the designated date, location, and time to receive the goods.
If no one is available to receive the goods, they will be returned to our company, and customers will need to arrange self-pickup.
4. Self-Pickup
Customers may collect their orders in person during regular office hours.
Advance booking via email or phone is required for self-pickup.
5. Goods Acceptance
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the quantity and condition of the goods and sign the delivery note for confirmation.
Signing the delivery note signifies successful receipt and acceptance of the goods.
Once the goods are received, the company will not be responsible for any issues or damages.
