Exploring the Treasures of Ningxia Wine | Highlights of the Hong Kong World Wine and Gourmet Carnival 2025

We had an unforgettable time at the Hong Kong World Wine and Gourmet Carnival 2025! As promoters of Ningxia wine from China, we shared the unique charm of Ningxia's terroir with over a thousand wine enthusiasts.

This exhibition featured 70 selected booths, creating an exceptionally vibrant atmosphere. We showcased several well-known brands from Ningxia, including Helan Hong Winery, Mihope Winery, Ren Yi Yuan Winery, Zhen Shan Winery, and Lilan Winery, allowing guests to experience the diversity of Chinese wine in one place.

Instant Tasting Experience: A Journey from Glass to Soul:

Our instant tasting area was always bustling with crowds, and many guests immediately purchased their favorite wines after tasting. This "taste and buy" model not only allowed consumers to take home their desired wines right away but also demonstrated that Ningxia wines can truly resonate with wine lovers.

Ningxia Wine: The Rising Star of Chinese Wine:

Through this exhibition, we witnessed the growing interest in Chinese wine. The Ningxia region, with its unique climate and soil characteristics, produces wines that offer the familiarity of international varieties while bearing the distinctive imprint of Chinese terroir.

Many guests reported that it was their first time tasting Ningxia wine and expressed surprise at its quality. From full-bodied reds to refreshing whites, the Ningxia region showcased impressive diversity and potential.
