During Hong Kong Art Week, the THEM GOOD party at M+ Agate brought together top creators from art, cuisine, mixology, architecture and music for a multisensory immersive evening. We were honored to participate, witnessing those cross‑discipline sparks and giving an international audience a taste of China’s high‑quality wines.

Helan Hong’s booth drew a big crowd — praise from guests near and far

That night AGATE transformed into a creative lab. Helan Hong’s booth was busy from the start, with guests eager to sample wines from the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia. The atmosphere was electric; our team introduced Helan Hong’s brand philosophy and winemaking craft with warm professionalism.

A guest from Korea raved after tasting: “This Chinese red is stunning — full‑bodied, with fruit and oak in perfect balance. I never expected China could make wine of this caliber. It’s world‑class.” He said he would recommend Helan Hong to restaurateurs he knows in Seoul.

A visitor from Beijing said: “Seeing Chinese wine showcased at an international art event in Hong Kong, and loved by so many global guests, makes me genuinely proud. Helan Hong shows that Chinese wine can not only succeed domestically but also compete globally. Promoting Chinese wine on Hong Kong’s international stage is especially meaningful.”

The power of Chinese wine in cross‑disciplinary collision

THEM GOOD convened five masters — chef Edward Lee, architect Otto Ng, artist Eddie Kang, mixologist Halim Kim and DJ Andrew Bull — to explore the dialogue between “enduring architecture” and “ephemeral sensory experience.” As Kim said in an interview: “Meaningful work isn’t explained, it’s felt.” Helan Hong shares that ethos: through terroir and craftsmanship, each bottle tells the story of Ningxia’s eastern Helan foothills.

That evening, Helan Hong resonated with the creators’ works — offering architectural structure and an immediate emotional impact; rooted in Chinese terroir while seamlessly pairing with international cuisine and art. We believe such cross‑sector collaborations are among the best paths for Chinese wine to step onto the global stage.

Thanks to THEM GOOD for the invitation and to every guest who visited the Helan Hong booth. Your approval and feedback drive our continuous improvement. Helan Hong will continue to pursue “making China’s finest wines,” helping more people discover Ningxia and the vast potential of Chinese wine.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to join more cross‑discipline events, letting Helan Hong bridge Chinese terroir and international taste — to make friends through wine and to share Chinese wine’s charm and confidence on more important stages.
