Ningxia Helan Mountain's East Foothill Wine Culture and Tourism Feast Macau

The event featured a tasting and banquet, showcasing various high-quality wines from the Ningxia Helan Mountain East Foothill region, with professional sommeliers explaining their unique terroir and winemaking processes. Leaders including Wang Li, Vice Chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Government, and Chen Weijun, Vice President of the China Enterprise Association, delivered speeches, emphasizing the rapid development of Ningxia's wine industry and the vast prospects for cooperation with Macau. Ms. Cai Ju, Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, highlighted local cultural and tourism resources, expressing hopes to attract more visitors from Hong Kong and Macau through a "wine + tourism" model.

Li Jun, Director of the Administrative Committee of Wine Industry Zone of Ningxia Helan Mountain's East Foothill, noted that the Ningxia region has established 130 unique wineries, receiving over 3 million tourists annually. In the future, they aim to use Macau's international platform to promote Chinese wine globally.

As an important part of the Ningxia government’s itinerary in Hong Kong and Macau, this promotion conference not only solidified the brand recognition of Ningxia wine in the Hong Kong and Macau markets but also facilitated multiple business cooperation intentions. The organizers stated they will continue to promote exchanges between Ningxia and Macau in trade, culture, and tourism, jointly exploring international markets.

Strategic Cooperation with Wynn Macau:

The Administrative Committee of Wine Industry Zone of Ningxia Helan Mountain's East Foothill, Wynn Resorts (Macau) Ltd., and China Ningxia Helan Mountain International Wine Co., Ltd. successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau. The three parties will jointly promote the international development of Ningxia's wine industry and engage in deep cooperation in Macau's high-end market. According to the agreement, they will explore hosting tasting events, themed banquets, wine masterclasses, and winery tours in Ningxia, leveraging media resources from the mainland and Hong Kong-Macau, social media marketing, and professional exhibitions to enhance the brand influence of Ningxia wine.

This collaboration aims to combine the high-quality wine resources of the Ningxia Helan Mountain East Foothill region with the international platform of Wynn Macau, providing customers with a unique wine experience while enhancing the competitiveness of Ningxia wine in the Hong Kong, Macau, and international markets.

Launch of "Helan Hong" in Hong Kong and Macau:

China Ningxia Helan Mountain International Wine Co., Ltd. officially signed a sales cooperation agreement for "Helan Hong" wine, authorizing the latter as the exclusive sales agent for the "Helan Hong" brand in Hong Kong and Macau, fully responsible for offline and online sales, brand promotion, and distribution network construction.

Culinary Experience Featuring Ningxia Flavors:

The banquet featured a menu designed by Chef Giulio from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau and Zhang Shiyi, the ambassador for promoting Ningxia Helan Mountain East Foothill wines in Hong Kong and Macau. The carefully crafted menu paired six selected Ningxia wines, offering guests a taste experience showcasing the terroir characteristics of the Ningxia Helan Mountain East Foothill region.

Each bottle embodies the wisdom and craftsmanship of Ningxia winemakers, telling the story of this magical land and serving as a vivid representation of China's cultural confidence.
