In Yinchuan, the opening ceremony of the 5th China (Ningxia) International Wine Culture and Tourism Expo is unfolding, showcasing a feast of wine that blends tradition with modernity. Themed "Chinese Wine: A Stunning Global Presence," this event not only marks the rise of the Chinese wine industry but also symbolizes the contemporary revival of Eastern winemaking civilization.

Entering the main exhibition hall, the booth of Helan Hong Winery is always surrounded by curious visitors. Here, not only can you taste award-winning wines recognized at the Brussels International Awards, but there is also a uniquely designed wine-serving robot catering to guests. It skillfully weaves through the crowd, delivering glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon with precision. Many attendees raise their phones to capture this wonderful moment where technology meets fine wine.

Behind the robot, three inheritors of intangible cultural heritage are creating on-site: a paper-cutting master transforms red paper into Chinese-style patterns; a stone engraving artist carves the seasonal scenery of Helan Mountain vineyards onto stone; and most notably, a fingertip painting artist uses just their fingertips to create clusters of plump grapes with purple paint.

In the glass display cabinet at the booth, special wines are showcased: the national banquet wine " Helanhong Jiangnan Reserve Dry Red Wine" glows like a gem under the lights. The highlight is a limited edition 6-liter " Helanhong Hero Reserve Dry Red Wine," along with the 750ml " Helanhong Hero Reserve Dry Red Wine," which was selected as a national gift for French President Macron. This wine is crafted from grapes grown in our best vineyard and aged for 15 months in oak barrels.

During the four-day expo, not only was there a breakthrough in transaction volume, but it also became a platform for cultural exchange between Eastern and Western wine traditions. Helan Mountain is writing a new chapter in the wine world, where unique terroir meets the wisdom of perfectly blending tradition and modernity. As the last visitor leaves, the crisp sound of clinking glasses seems to linger in the exhibition hall, representing the most beautiful harmony of the golden age of Chinese wine.
