This event featured 100 premium wines selected from 25 well-known local wineries, showcased at the " The Prestigious Perfection of Ningxia Wine " gala dinner. The extraordinary quality and diverse flavors of Ningxia wines received high praise from guests.
This event relied on the annual promotion plan of the "Wynn Signature — China Wine Award," bringing Ningxia's wine culture and exceptional quality to Macau, helping Ningxia wines reach a global audience. The " The Prestigious Perfection of Ningxia Wine " event was vibrant and colorful, with the highlight being the gala dinner meticulously planned by Chinese culinary master Yun Pengyu.
This banquet, designed for 500 guests, skillfully blended Chinese and Western dining cultures. Each dish was paired perfectly with a top Ningxia wine, offering guests a feast for both the eyes and palate. To ensure the authentic flavors of Ningxia cuisine, the main ingredients for the dishes were sourced from Ningxia, allowing guests to deeply appreciate the unique charm of Ningxia’s exquisite wines and cuisine.
The evening also features a captivating traditional dance performance, infusing the event with vibrant cultural energy. Dancers will showcase the unique ethnic charm of Ningxia through graceful and dynamic movements, elevating the atmosphere and immersing guests in a mesmerizing audio-visual experience alongside fine wines and gourmet cuisine.
