We led nine wineries from Ningxia to jointly take the stage at the "Wine and Dine Festival" along the waterfront in Central, Hong Kong. This four-day gastronomic feast attracted approximately 163,000 visitors, creating a vibrant atmosphere and enthusiastic response. The event received unanimous praise from participants and was hailed by several media outlets as a must-visit event of the year in Hong Kong, showcasing the unique charm of the city as a "Capital of Gastronomy and Fine Wine."

On the first day of the event (October 23), we were honored to welcome chief Secretary for Administration Eric Chan, Chairman of the Hong Kong Tourism Board Peter Lam, Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Miss Rosanna Law, and Legislative Council Member Tommy Cheung to our booth. The distinguished guests took their time to savor various premium wines from Ningxia and expressed strong interest in the unique flavor profiles that blend Eastern and Western influences. Our director, Alan, provided detailed explanations of the geographical features, terroir conditions, and the development history of the Chinese wine industry, giving the attendees a deeper understanding of Chinese wines.

During the event, we participated in interviews with several prominent media outlets. In these interviews, we shared our original intention and vision for promoting Ningxia wines and highlighted the outstanding achievements of the Ningxia region on the international stage in recent years. Excitingly, many first-time tasters of Ningxia wines expressed their surprise at the rich texture and unique flavors, with several wine enthusiasts making multiple purchases on-site, demonstrating their high recognition of Ningxia wines.

We firmly believe that Ningxia wines, with their unique terroir characteristics and exceptional quality, are fully capable of stepping onto the international stage. In the future, we will continue to build more communication platforms, organizing tasting events, participating in international competitions, and developing wine culture tourism projects, allowing more people to recognize and appreciate these exquisite wines from China.

We look forward to establishing a long-term cooperative relationship with the Hong Kong Tourism Board to jointly develop more wine-themed cultural tourism projects. Through this unique medium of fine wine, we aim not only to promote Chinese wine culture internationally but also to inject more diverse and enriched experiential content into Hong Kong's tourism industry, realizing a win-win vision for both parties.
