Yuanshi Vineyard Son of Mountain Dry Red Wine 2019
This wine demonstrates outstanding food-pairing potential, particularly with a variety of meats. Its smooth tannin structure balances the richness of the meat, while complex aromas of spices, vanilla cream, and coffee box notes make it especially suited for smoked or grilled premium steaks, with spices adding depth to the flavor. For an authentic regional experience, try it with Ningxia hand-pulled lamb, stir-fried yellow beef, or braised oxtail, offering a distinct and unforgettable taste experience.
Yuanshi Vineyard Son of Mountain Dry Red Wine 2019
Beneath the Helan Mountains lie 3,000 mu of gravelly vineyards, where each stone bears silent witness to the unique terroir. At Yuanshi Winery, a fully enclosed vineyard management system is upheld, with ultra-low yields capped at just 400 kilograms per mu, allowing the fruit to concentrate the essence and tension of the rocky strata. Grapes are meticulously hand-selected, transferred by gravity to preserve berry integrity, and undergo cold-temperature fermentation. In oak fermenters, fruit aromatics and tannins are gently integrated and refined. After extended aging and maturation in the winery’s underground cellar, the result is a meticulously crafted Chinese estate wine that captures and expresses the soul of Eastern terroir.
