How to Make it?

To cultivate each grape to perfection, Renyiyuan Vineyard applies meticulous standards at every stage of viticulture. Covering an area of 1,800 mu (approximately 200 hectares), the vineyard is divided into plots of 50 mu each for meticulous management. To preserve the natural integrity of the grapes, only organic fertilizers are used throughout the vineyard, and in cases of pest infestation, hand-picking is employed instead of chemical pesticides. During harvest, leaves and stems are removed in the vineyard, and grapes are carefully handpicked with individual berry selection, ensuring only the most plump and fully ripened fruit is chosen. This rigorous approach guarantees the purity and authenticity of every bottle produced.
